Notoro Passport — Terms & Conditions (Draft)

1. Eligibility. The Notoro Passport benefit is available to customers who completed a physical passport with stamps from all three Notoro locations and whose passport was registered by a team member on or before August 31, 2026.
2. Benefit. One (1) free classic handroll per calendar day (Eastern Time) for one year from the date your passport was registered, redeemable at any Notoro location.
3. Minimum purchase. Each daily redemption requires a qualifying same-day minimum purchase, verified by a team member at the time of redemption.
4. Redemption codes. Claiming your daily roll generates a code valid for 30 minutes. If the code expires before a team member confirms it, that day's roll is forfeited and returns the next calendar day.
5. Personal & non-transferable. The benefit is tied to your phone number, may not be sold, shared, or exchanged for cash or other menu items.
6. Fair use & revocation. Notoro Group may revoke passports involved in fraud, resale, or abuse, and may modify or end the program where required by law.
7. Communications. We'll text you only for account access (login codes) and, if you opted in, promotions. Reply STOP to opt out of promotional texts at any time.
